Registration Process

Step 1: Fill your store information via this Link

Step 2: Staffs will contact back within 2 working days, after the form was submitted.

Step 3: Payment Contract will be issued by Ksher. During this process, please prepare all required document together with signed contract and send back to Ksher.

Step 4: Ksher staffs will provide you a code to access Back-end Platform called ‘Merchant Platform’ (Username and Password), you can change password as needed.

For ready-to-use products, staff will provide a training. For IT support (Integration), please follow these additional steps

Step 5: You can login to Merchant Platform, and access IT Integration menu for downloading a Private Key

Caution: The system will use latest Private Key that you have downloaded. If there are multiple downloads, please kindly use the latest one.

Step 6: Ksher staffs will create merchant supporting group via LINE, or IT Team will contact you via phone number (via LINE was preferable)

During system testing period, you can contact supporting staffs to make a actual payment test.

Step 7: After system was successfully integrated, merchant can officially provide customers to make a transaction

After system was successfully integrated, you can still contact with our supporting team via LINE. If there is any problem during using our service, please do not hesitate to contact us (within working hours) or our Call Center Service at any time.
