For the solution, This is an example of ksher’s account binding with online and offline and have cashier.
The differences in each account is appid, private key.
The first page has fields for account, online and offline, enter the appid and private key obtained from ksher’s system.
the Cashier number, insert it for separately from which Cashier comes from. by the appid and the private key are the same
The other page might be a wallet want to open.
