How to Refund

Refund Process There are two methods of the refund process

Merchant Platform

  1. Click Transaction Management menu

  2. find the transaction which need to be refunded.

  3. Refund Button At the last column.

  4. Press the refund button and fill your password to confirm

Ksher Boss Pro Application

  1. Click Transaction button

  2. select the transaction which need to be refunded.

  3. Press refund button

  4. fill your password to confirm

Set right to refund

  • cashier account acn set rights to Refund

  • not allow to refund

  • allow only refund in the same day. Owner account is who can give authorize by setup over ksher boss pro.

  • You can check what is channel the refund has sending over the "Transaction type" field.

ORDER-REFUND-UNION It will be a refund via the website.

ORDER-REFUND-API It is a refund via API.

ORDER-REFUND-KSHERBOSS It is a refund through the app ksher boss pro.

ORDER-REFUND-EDC It is a refund via EDC machine.
