Request a payment test

There are two ways to proceed a payment test:

  1. Use your own card/payment APP to make a payment. You could do refund in Ksher merchant platform at anytime within one week. see How to Refund

  2. Request a help from Ksher team. Our teams are always with you. Inform your MID or Merchant name to our customer service team, make an appointment to proceed a payment test. see Contact to contact our Call Center to help you a payment test.
